Sales Coordinator Vacancy, Sharjah UAEWe have a vacancy for a sales co-ordinator with at least 2 years experience in a busy sales office. You will be supporting the sales team in all aspects of their work. UAE experience is not essential if the rest of your experience is relevant.

To be the successful candidate, you will have excellent written and spoken English, strong organisational skills and be able to assert your authority over a boisterous sales team.

You must be able to multi-task effectively because there are many elements to this role.

If you are a female applying for this position, please be aware that the vacancy is in a sandy, male-dominated Industrial Area in Sharjah. There may be an occasional requirement to walk between our sites (approx 3-5 minute walk).

Duties include:

  • Receiving and responding to emails on behalf of the salesmen
  • Preparing quotations and tenders
  • Undertaking follow-up communications with the customer on behalf of the salesman
  • Liaising with the Logistics team to ensure deliveries are timely and the customer is kept informed
  • Creating leads and enquiries
  • Liaising with Collections team to ensure payments are received on a timely basis
  • Updating the internal database
  • Undertaking project research as directed
  • Collating data for reports and analysis


  • Strong written and spoken English. Good written grammar is important.
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word and Email
  • Ability to multi-task under pressure
  • Good organisational and time-management skills
  • Proactive at managing situations before they become problems
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
